Is agaphey for Americans only?
agaphey is an international platform and will have people from all over the world as part of the community. As the site expands, more and more people will join every day.
How do I change my password?
When logged in, click on the ‘account’ tab under the circle head on the top right hand side.
At the bottom of the account page there is a ‘change password’ option. Follow the prompts.
Why are there so many profile questions?
On the AgapHEY platform we want to go beyond the superficial. We don’t want the same old ‘I like walks on the beach’ and the ‘I love the outdoors’, perfunctory answers you typically see on dating sites; we want to help you get to know someone much better from their profile. We want you to get a sense of their faith, beliefs, vision etc. We want them to tell you enough about themselves in their profile that you can get a sense of whether you would be compatible with them or not.
Yes, it might take some time to fill out your profile, however once you do you are more likely to attract someone who is on the same page as you, a much better fit and have more to talk about once you connect.
How can I access my account information?
The information can be found under the ‘account’ tab on the drop down menu underneath the circle head on the top right hand side of the page.
Do you offer refunds if I meet someone?
We do not offer refunds for yearly memberships.
For monthly memberships, we do not offer refunds for the month already paid for, however you can cancel your subscription at any time and future payments will no longer be processed.
How can I change/ cancel my subscription?
To change/cancel your account:
1. Click on the ‘account’ tab under your circle profile picture on the top right of the page
2. Click on ‘subscriptions’
3. Click on ‘change plan’
Please note: If you delete your account by cancelling your subscription all of your information will also be deleted. If you decide to return to the agaphey platform, you will need to set up your profile again.
